S & S Office Interiors Ltd are a leading Office Furniture Fit-Out company with a satisfied customer base throughout Ireland. We have worked on a wide variety of projects from upgrading of seating to project management for complete new office fit-outs with customers ranging from small companies to large enterprises.

Terms & Conditions 

  • Application

    • These Terms govern the sale by S & S Office Interiors Ltd to you of Products and or Services for which you place an order that is accepted by us. Note that our catalogues and websites are intended for business users only, and we reserve the right to refuse service and cancel orders to non-business customers. No other terms and conditions shall apply. Your acceptance of the Products and or Services shall be deemed to constitute acceptance of these Terms.
    • Orders On Hold: Orders maybe put on hold until photo ID has been emailed to clarify name and address of customer. This procedure is put in place to protect our customers. 
  • Except as may otherwise be permitted by applicable law, you may not cancel an order which S & S Office Interiors Ltd has accepted without the agreement in writing of S & S Office Interiors Ltd, which requirement may be waived by S & S Office Interiors Ltd from time to time in its sole discretion. Prices are exclusive of VAT at 23% (Vat rate updated as of the 1st of March 2021 (subject to government alterations). Ownership and title remains with S & S Office Interiors Ltd until full payment for Products and or Services has been received.
  • Delivery
    Because we know how important it is to get the supplies you need, we aim (but do not guarantee) to deliver all orders within the time frame required, although certain items such as furniture may take longer (see below). S & S Office Interiors Ltd cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss due to late or non-delivery.
    • Note that over sized or bulky items and large quantities may require additional manufacturing and delivery time and some Products and or Services are delivered to customers directly by the manufacturer and some manufacturers are unable to deliver outside of the Ireland; S & S Office Interiors Ltd shall endeavour to inform you of extended delivery times at the time you place your order. In any case, S & S Office Interiors Ltd shall not be liable for any cost or damage caused by late or non-delivery of the Products and or Services. Any delay in delivery of the Products and or Services shall not give you a right to reject the Products and or Services or cancel your order. S & S Office Interiors Ltd reserves the right to deliver the Products and or Services in installments.
  • Delivery times are between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm. We cannot specify an exact time when we will deliver. The delivery driver needs to obtain a signature for all Items.
  • All Items bought online are delivered boxed and require self assembly by the customer. This is not included in the price listed online. Disposal of all packaging it the responsibility of the customer. 
  • Covid 19 & Deliveries: All Deliveries are to the front door of your home or office.
  • Brexit: Due to Brexit delays on goods maybe experienced, this is out of our control and will notify any orders affected. 
  • Timescales for Office Furniture deliveries may depend on the manufactures lead time from date of order. Please note that delivery days quoted are working days, and for some areas delivery could take longer.
  • Payment
    You must pay for the Products and or Services at the time you place your order online.
  • Title
  • Damaged, Missing or Faulty Items
    If any items are damaged or missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours of your delivery on 015353881 We will the investigate your claim and if acceptable, either directly replace the item or issue a credit
  • Warranty
    All Products and or Services purchased through S & S Office Interiors Ltd benefit from the manufacturer’s warranty or guarantee, if any.
  • Liability
    Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit S & S Office Interiors Ltd liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or any other liability to the extent that the same may not be excluded or limited as a matter of law. Without prejudice to the previous sentence S & S Office Interiors Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of income or profits or for any indirect or consequential loss or damage of any kind howsoever arising and whether caused by the negligence of S & S Office Interiors Ltd, its breach or non-performance or any of its obligations under these Terms or otherwise. These Terms set out the full extent of S & S Office Interiors Ltd obligations and liabilities in respect of the sale of the Products and or Services. In particular there are no conditions, warranties or other terms, expressed or implied, as to satisfactory quality, fitness for a particular purpose or of any other kind whatsoever, that are binding on S & S Office Interiors Ltd except as specifically stated in these Terms. Any condition, warranty or other term concerning the sale of the Products and or Services, which might otherwise be implied into or incorporated within these Terms, whether by statute, common law or otherwise, is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law. If you are a consumer the exclusion of terms implied by law will not apply to you.
  • General
    S & S Office Interiors Ltd shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage which you might suffer arising from S & S Office Interiors Ltd delay in fulfilling or failure to fulfill any of its obligations under these Terms to the extent that such delay or failure is caused by any circumstance beyond S & S Office Interiors Ltd reasonable control. If due to such circumstances or events S & S Office Interiors Ltd has insufficient stocks to meet all its orders, S & S Office Interiors Ltd may apportion available stocks between its customers at its sole discretion. These Terms and any terms appearing on any order form to which these Terms apply constitute the entire agreement between you and S & S Office Interiors Ltd relating to the Products and or Services. The failure of S & S Office Interiors Ltd or you to enforce any of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that term and shall in no way affect the right later to enforce the term. The invalidity or unenforceable of any clause of these Terms shall not adversely affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions. No amendment, variation or addition to these Terms shall be binding unless agreed to in writing by an authorised representative of S & S Office Interiors Ltd. S & S Office Interiors Ltd may transfer any contract with you concluded on these Terms or any of its rights or obligations under any such contract. These Terms will be construed in accordance with the laws of The Republic of Ireland and any disputes shall be settled by the Irish courts. S & S Office Interiors Ltd.’s liability to the You, whether for any breach of contract or otherwise, shall not in any event exceed the Price and the S & S Office Interiors Ltd shall be under no liability for any direct loss and or expense or indirect or consequential loss and or expense suffered by You the Customer or liability to third parties incurred by the Customer.

  • 10. Defined Terms

    • “S & S Office Interiors Ltd” means S & S Office Interiors Ltd, whose head office is at Unit J3 Swords Enterprise Park, Feltrim Road, Swords, Co. Dublin. “Terms" means these terms and conditions of sale.
  • "Products and or Services" means any Products and or Services for which you have placed an order which is accepted by S & S Office Interiors Ltd.
  • "You" means you, the customer signing this agreement

Title shall pass on receipt of payment in full of the Goods and any other expenses.

The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out in the Suppliers quotation and or other documentation.

Any variation to these Conditions (including any special terms and conditions agreed between the parties) shall be inapplicable unless agreed in writing by the Supplier.

The contract shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
